Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

Everything Trijya sells is delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

2. Pro plan

Pro is active on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed — normally within a minute. Your tax invoice and receipt are emailed at the same time and are always available in Account → Orders & invoices.

3. Data exports

• We prepare each export from the latest data and email a secure download link within one business day of payment (Monday–Friday, excluding Indian public holidays). Most orders arrive sooner.
• Files are CSV or Parquet with a manifest listing row counts and file hashes, and every row carries its knowledge and capture dates.
• A download link stays valid for 30 days. If it expires before you download, ask and we will send a new one.
• Yearly exports deliver a fresh copy each month for twelve months, by the same kind of link.
• All-India exports of state-split datasets are delivered as one file per state.

4. If delivery is late

If an upstream government source is unavailable and delays an export, we will tell you by email with a new date. If you do not want to wait, you can cancel for a full refund before delivery (Refund Policy).
